You can do tiny things every day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being intelligent when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. A good amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. Don't overlook that health isn't only about how much you weigh. You need to make your body as strong you can make it.

The ingredients needed to cook Spag:

  1. You need Half of pack of spaghetti.
  2. Get of Smoked fish.
  3. Take of Fresh tomatoes, pepper and onion.
  4. Provide of Veg oil.
  5. Provide of Curry and thyme.
  6. Prepare of Seasoning.

Instructions to make Spag:

  1. Par boil the spaghetti until half cook and keep aside in a colander.
  2. Blend pepper, tomatoes and onion together.
  3. Heat oil in a pot and pour in blended tomatoes and fry for 3 min.
  4. Wash and pieces the smoked fish inside and fry for 1 min.
  5. Add the seasonings to taste and add a bit of curry and thyme.
  6. Add a cup of water and allow it to boil then pour in the par boiled spaghetti and stir till its well mix.
  7. Cover and cook till the water is dry... Taste and correct the seasonings if need.
  8. If the spaghetti is well cooked and d water is dry. Next is.
  9. Serve and eat..
